Shipping & Return Policy

 All orders received will be shipped no later than 2 days after the order is received.  Please allow 5-7 business for your order to arrive with standard shipping.  Other shipping methods may be available at cost. Email rawhoneyllc@gmail.com to discuss shipping options if the USPS shipping method is not suitable for your order. Once your item is prepared for shipping, you will be provided with your package tracking number.  Once that tracking number is received, you will be able to track your package and it’s estimated delivery with the used carrier.  Please remember that COVID19 has affected all shipping carriers.  Delivery times may vary although things are slowly getting back on track. Data profile regarding your online behavior on our website.

 Due to the nature of our business, and during the time of COVID19, there are no returns.  However, if an item is damaged or faulty, a replacement item will be sent. If the item is out of stock, a store credit will be issued that can be applied to a future purchase. 

Payments are to be made in full at the time of purchase with the acceptable forms of payment which are all listed during the time of checkout.  All billing information will be verified at the time of purchase. 

Generally speaking, yes!  You can make changes to your order if made within 1 hour.  Send an email to rawhoneyllc@gmail.com and be sure to include your order number, and the change in your order.  We will do our best to accommodate every request.  However, if your product has reached our shipping que, your request cannot be fulfilled. 

If your package was delivered to the correct address and stolen, unfortunately Raw Honey is not responsible for the missing merchandise.  However, if your package was not delivered but you were notified it was delivered, or delivered and stolen, you can file a claim with the USPS at https://www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm.
